I have not noticed any pain since I have started wearing this. My circulation also seems to have improved. I don't have to wait to walk down the stairs in the morning. My knees are working a lot better. Lol.

This bracelet is a very high quality item. The construction and material used is top notch. An or two extra links is furnished to lengthen the bracelet if needed. As far as being beneficial to your health this is very hard to determine. I have not had it that long but it looks promising.

This bracelet is very attractive and can definitely relieve the pain and swelling caused by severe arthritis on my left wrist. It's better to put one on each wrist now. I don't know if it's copper or a magnet (I don't care), but they do work!

This was purchased for my grandfather who has arthritis in one of his hands from 40+ years of construction and masonry. He has tried suppliments and many other methods to get this pain to go aware. This is one of the nicest bracelets that i have ever bought. It is quite heavy gauge copper but does not feel heavy to wear. It looks better in real life than in the photo. Anyone who has an interest in Buddhism, yoga, the East etc will love this bracelet i think. Highly recommended!

I had purchased a Magnetic bracelet for my husband, and then this one for me. The company is good to work with, can not tell results since I just got the bracelet a few days ago. I worn one years ago and got relief for a heel spur so this time I am trying it to see how it works for my back and legs. Even if it doesn't work, it is a nice bracelet to wear.

This bracelet is so good for me. After wearing it off and on for a couple of weeks I feel it to have a positive effect on my hand, where the cartilage has been degenerating for some time. Hardly noticed a difference after wearing for 6 days.... then I took it off and my hands stiffened up less than 2 hours later. The improvement over the 6 days was so gradual, I must not have noticed till I took it off?! Is it psychological? Who knows, I just know this is staying on my wrist!

It comes with a tool to take out any extra links and they also email you a video on how to do it. It was not hard at all. I have noticed a difference in my hand since using it. Very well made, and has LOTS of magnetic power and its well distributed. Medical science cannot validate the efficacy of these bracelets, relying on their old fall-back that it must be the "placebo effect" which causes folks wearing these to feel better. Honestly, my arthritis is getting pretty bad so, I'll take any relief wherever I can find it. These types of copper bracelets DO WORK for me at least, and this one in particular is excellent.
